“Schranz Limited was appointed as turn-key main contractor responsible for the building and finishing of our family’s new villa situated in Madliena, Malta.
The project comprised the demolition of an old villa and the development of a new, modern, large villa on the development site. Demolition commenced in July 2010 and the project was practically completed by April 2012 which allowed us to take occupation in the first week of April 2012. The last remaining works and snag items were attended to during the period April to July, 2012.
