Schranz Limited were entrusted with the conversion, structural alterations and enhancements of a farmhouse. They were also contracted as turkey project managers for all M&E works and all finishes, including fixtures and fittings and landscaping.
Working with Schranz Limited has been an absolute pleasure and I very much look forward to the days when we can work together again. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. The proactive care and consideration that everyone at Schranz and its supply chain gave to the project was exemplary. The team took all the pain of such a project out of my hands and what I appreciated most, was that when problems were encountered (both minor and major), they always provided the right solutions and the right advice. This was very comforting and relieved much, if not all, of the stress associated with such a project.
The Managing Director of the company is hands-on in his approach. He leads by example, takes control, motivates, delegates and empowers his team to the benefit of the customer. The project would not have been possible without his leadership. It was a pleasure working with Schranz Limited, I have no doubt that I will do so again and I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Schranz Limited for such projects.
